Drowning
I'm drowning and its so quiet
No one sees me drowning
Even though my hand is up
I'm so heavy
Sinking,sinking, sinking
Into the sheets of my bed
It's getting dark
My legs are like lead
They fizz with pain
So I don't move them
I just let it be
My face is frozen
The water must be cold
I can't laugh or smile
Even when I want to
Still I sink further down
Pulled by my depression
Weighted by my health
I don't think it can get worse
And then I start to shake
